Dick Falcone Chairman & Chief Executive Officer |

Mr. Falcone, Chief Executive Officer of Evercom, a subsidiary of
SECURUS, since October of 2000. Mr. Falcone brings with him more than 35
years experience in the telecommunications industry with expertise in
Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Product Management, Information
Technologies, Operations and Finance. Among other leadership roles, Mr.
Falcone had responsibility for a $3 billion P&L for the small telecom
business market, and managed a 14,000 person service organization
responsible for all business accounts in the United States. Prior to
joining SECURUS, Mr. Falcone most recently served as Vice President and
General Manager for e-Enabling AT&T Business Markets Organization.
Throughout his career Mr. Falcone has received numerous awards and
honors in the telecommunications area and community based organizations.
He is a supporting founder of the National Black Business Council; was
appointed Senior Executive Corporate Advisory Board of the U.S. Hispanic
Chamber of Commerce; and is the only corporate individual to hold a seat
on the Board of the National Foundation of Women Business Owners. |
Keith Kelson Chief Financial Officer |

Keith Kelson was named Chief Financial Officer of Evercom, a subsidiary
of SECURUS, Inc., in April, 2000. Until this time, Mr. Kelson served as
Vice President of Finance from April, 1998 and Assistant Secretary and
Assistant Treasurer of the company that same year. From January of 1995
until April of 1998, Mr. Kelson served as a manager of accounting and
auditing services with Deloitte & Touche, LLP. From 1991 until January
of 1995, Mr. Kelson served as an Accounting Manager for Vista
Corporation, a credit card processing company. Mr. Kelson holds a BBA in
Accounting from Illinios Christian University and is a Certified Public
Accountant. |
John Viola VP and General Manager of Correctional Systems |

John Viola serves as our Vice President and General Manager, Correctional Systems. Mr. Viola served as the Vice President and General Manager of Evercom Correctional Systems from November 2000 until we acquired it in September 2004. Prior to joining Evercom, Mr. Viola served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a national e-commerce and connectivity company. Mr. Viola also served as General Manager of AT&T’s small business group in the western United States during his 18-year tenure with AT&T. Mr. Viola has over 25 years of experience in senior level sales, marketing and management. Mr. Viola holds a B.A. in Marketing and Management from the University of Illinois, an M.B.A. from Roosevelt University in Chicago and has Executive Level education from Texas A&M University. Mr. Viola has served on numerous civic organizations, including the Board of Directors for the Public Education Business Coalition and Colorado Uplift, promoting education for inner city youths. |
Dan Crawford General Manager, Syscon & Senior Vice President, Corporate Development |

Dan Crawford is Senior Vice President, Corporate Development for Securus Technologies, and General Manager of Syscon Justice Systems. Mr Crawford has enjoyed a stellar career as a senior manager (including stints as Chairman, CEO and President) with a number of important companies in the public safety and corrections industry. In addition, Mr. Crawford was the founder of EPIC Solutions, Inc., an INC 500 fastest growing company. Mr. Crawford has been named Business Leader of the Month by the national Foundation for Enterprise Development, and One of the Most Influential Technology Leaders by the San Diego Business Journal. Mr. Crawford began his professional career in the military as a Naval Aviator. After leaving active duty, Mr. Crawford remained in the Naval Reserves and retired in 1996 with the rank of captain. He holds an undergraduate degree in business administration, an MBA, and a law degree, and has served on multiple boards of directors. |
Dennis J. Reinhold Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary |

Dennis J. Reinhold serves as our Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Prior to joining Securus in August 2005, Mr. Reinhold served as the Associate General Counsel of SOURCECORP, Inc. SOURCECORP is a $420 Million public company (NASDAQ: SRCP) with 7,000 employees worldwide, and specializes in business process outsourcing of critical data and documents. In that role, he was responsible for the worldwide legal function of the Business Process Solutions Division, the Statement Solutions Division, the Legal Claims Division and the Direct Mail Division. Prior to his position at SOURCECORP, Mr. Reinhold served as Division General Counsel/ Director of International Legal Affairs and Assistant Secretary for AAF-McQuay, Inc. Mr. Reinhold has nearly 20 years of legal experience, both in law firms and in-house positions, with an emphasis in practicing in the areas of corporate and international law. Mr. Reinhold has a J.D. from St. Louis University; a B.S. in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of Illinois and he completed the Advanced Management Program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. |
Greg Haertling Vice President of Product Management |

Greg Haertling serves as Vice President of Product Management. Mr. Haertling is responsible for creating new product and application strategies and for managing the product lifecycle of existing offerings. Previously, Mr. Haertling served as Vice President of Product Development and Information Technology from 2005 through 2007. He was also Director of IT Development and Director of Billing Operations for Evercom Systems, Inc. from October 2003 through June 2005. Prior to joining Evercom, Mr. Haertling was a Partner at Accenture providing consulting services to Fortune 500 and middle market companies. Mr. Haertling led major systems development engagements in telecommunications, data communications, and media and entertainment companies and managed large-scale implementations of order management, billing, and customer care software solutions. His tenure at Accenture provided him with a thorough understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing organizations on market driven, mission-critical projects. Mr. Haertling holds a Bachelor's degree from Westminster College. |
Bob Rae Executive Vice President of Operations and Information Technology |

Bob Rae serves as our Executive Vice President, Operations and Information Technology leading Securus' Operations, Service, and Information Technology organizations. Prior to joining Securus, Mr. Rae was Vice President of Operations for EngineX Networks, an engineering professional services firm specializing in engineering carrier telecommunications networks. Mr. Rae has also held leadership roles with Fujitsu, where he led international professional services and technical support operations, and with Bell Atlantic, where he led strategic planning of operations and engineering of telecommunications networks. Mr. Rae has a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.B.A. from the Katz Graduate School of Business. Mr. Rae has had Executive Level education at the Wharton School of Business.
