| Facilities require that all friends & family members who wish to receive calls from an incarcerated individual must open an account. Securus provides a multitude of communications programs to our partnering facilities. Each of these programs are designed to assure you are able to stay in contact with an incarcerated friend or family member at all times.
Securus partnering facilities do not permit the re-routing or remote call forwarding of telephone calls. Services that provide false terminating phone numbers that bypass a facility’s normal security and call management system processes and controls are blocked. In order to ensure that you are able to maintain contact with inmates incarcerated in correctional institutions serviced by a Securus entity, please make sure that you do not use re-routing or call forwarding services, which end the inmate call path to a number other than your own. Calls to numbers that have been re-routed or call forwarded will be blocked and the calling privileges to that number revoked.
Although program availability varies from facility to facility, we offer several different options, including: Prepaid, Direct, Debit, Prepaid Calling Cards, Voice Mail Messaging, Anywhere Acceptance and Electronic Mail.
