| Since most facilities limit contact to outgoing calls made by inmates, making sure you're at home when the call comes in is extremely important. Unfortunately, that's not always possible. To make sure you always have a way to stay in touch, we provide you with a Voice Mail Messaging program. Available at participating facilities, this program is one of the first messaging programs that allow you to leave a voice mail message for an incarcerated individual. The program also lets you receive a reply back from any participating inmate. Need to leave a quick reminder? Not allowed to take personal calls on the job? Now you can leave a quick message at any time of the day.
To activate your messaging account, simply call our CBS Customer Care Center at: 1-800-844-6591.
