In order to contact an incarcerated person, facilities require a funded account. Correctional Billing Services (CBS), handles all our friends & family accounts. Open an account, deposit funds into an existing account, have a question on a bill… making sure friends, family members have immediate access to all their account information, so that contact can be made, is CBS’ primary mission.
Providing a helping hand when they need it most, the company offers these vital services for friends and family members of incarcerated individuals in over 2,600 facilities across the U.S. On the web, by automated phone, on facility lobby kiosks with a customer support team member, CBS is available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
