 If you have a friend or family member who is incarcerated in a facility served by us, we provide you with a multitude of services through Correctional Billing Services (CBS), a division of Evercom Systems Inc. and T-Netix Inc. CBS is the only nationwide provider to offer Customer Care and Account Activation Centers solely dedicated to the friends and family members of inmates. Working with CBS, you can rely on a helping hand when you need it most. CBS’ customer service representatives are available to you Monday through Sunday and Automated Assistants can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your questions, complaints, refund requests and telephone number blocks/unblocks are all handled by the CBS support staff. CBS also provide customer service information through e-mail, Friends & Family Assistance Centers in select facility lobbies and by toll-free number. To assure you stay in contact, their billing support department can provide you with multiple account servicing programs to fit your needs. |
